The flood situation in Kelantan, Terengganu, Johor and Pahang are still not getting better and number of evacuees in relief centres is reported to be increasing.

Inaccessible routes due to the flood have also affected courier linehaul connectivity to and from the respective regions.

Please expect 2-4days delays in delivery and pickup. Courier services will resume once situation permits and routes are open.

Dear All Valued Customers,

Kindly be informed that heavy rain in Malaysia has triggers serious disrupts towards the area. The onset of the winter monsoon at the start of 2021 has led to massive floods and in some cases collapsing structures — with the most seriously affected areas concentrated in several of Johor & Pahang’s districts.

Please note that there will be delivery delay on all courier services at affected area as attached picture.
